The Miracles Of Friendship:

On their way to ultimate unification in the heavens of the Olympian Gods, the lovers Loriolan and Indirali, a merman prince and a Magna Graecian princess, along with their close friends, encounter impossible seeming odds that challenge them to the core of their beliefs and love for one another. Meanwhile, Torilander, Loriolan’s best friend and travel companion, experiences his version of hell amongst the arrogance of the human kingdom of Carthage. Held captive, the merman undergoes a series of encounters that bring him to the brink of either death or salvation, depending on what thought power he can manage to draw from: optimistic or pessimistic, positive or negative. And to his astonishment, the humans around him begin to react to his inner focus, and either new friendships can be fostered or enemies created.

The Miracles Of Friendship: Within The Ocean Of Eternal Love, Volume 2 by Maha Devi Li Ra La is a fantasy novel about deep love and connections on a visceral and emotional level that really draw the reader into the world and deliver a powerful story. Indirali is forced to experience a world she never expected and come to terms with trying to survive in the Roman world as a young woman. Her characterization was very well put together as she is forced to draw upon her own inner strength to vanquish terrible obstacles and overcome her plight. There are a lot of moving pieces in this story, and the depictions of crime and other events are well-handled without being tasteless or over the top.

I particularly enjoyed the idea that choosing the right way to handle things and that everything you do and decide will affect every other aspect of your life, and of those around you as well. This is a story about the desire and deep need to unify with the ones we love most, and never letting go of that deep connection when we find it. The descriptive power of the narration was incredible and I found myself thoroughly absorbed in the story as it progressed. The Miracles Of Friendship: Within The Ocean Of Eternal Love, Volume 2 by Maha Devi Li Ra La is a real winner in the fantasy genre and perfect for a wide audience, no matter how young or old.

The Miracles of Friendship: Book 2 of the Series Within the Ocean of Eternal Love: A Spiritual Fantasy Novel by Maha Devi Li Ra La is a spiritually challenging story that revolves around the love of Loriolan and Indirali, the power of true love, and the divine qualities it conjures from the depths of our souls. The story speaks about the difficulties and challenges Loriolan, the merman prince, and Indirali, a Magna Grecian princess, encounter and how it questions and tests their beliefs and love, making them realize the power of love, companionship, and support during times of crisis. This tale is timeless in its message and will leave a lasting impression in the minds of readers.

Apart from speaking about human emotions, friendship, and love, the story also reveals an incredible wisdom, and a profound knowledge of spirituality and its depth that will help to find solutions to everything based on a holistic level. All the characters are well sketched and the detailed descriptions make the characters and the scenes vivid and real. How often do we sit down and think about the world and the negative impact that we as humans have on it, whether it be directly or indirectly, on a massive scale or a tiny scale? We might not all be contributing factors, for among us there are those few people who do not possess an ounce of evil in their beings, and who strive to affect the people around them with positive energies. It is heroes and heroines such as these that readers will meet in a spiritual fantasy novel entitled The Miracles of Friendship, which is the second book in Maha Devi Li Ra La’s Within the Ocean of Love Series. Follow Princess Indirali on her path towards discovering invaluable and life-altering insight.

The author gives us mer-beings, ocean-based beings that are able to communicate with other beings in exceptional ways. We are placed in a world that, much like our own in this day and age, sees people stepping away from spiritual bliss and running towards existences dotted with deeds that are certainly not spiritually ideal. Princess Indirali’s quest to be with the mer-man prince that she loves has more lessons for her than she could ever imagine. A captured mer-man begins to see why he was captured in the first place: to help three royal children find true happiness. While this book explores friendships and the fruits that can reaped from it all, I feel that it can have a spiritual impact on those blessed enough to read it.

The Miracles Of Friendship by Maha Devi Li Ra La is a fictionalized history of ancient Greece, circa 300 BC, following two lovers and their friends. Along their journey, Loriolan and Indirali are challenged by interfering gods and many other trials that test their strength, commitment, and friendships greatly. I don’t want to give too much away, but it’s a story that really helps them grow, and you will probably grow a little bit too while reading!

The Miracles Of Friendship is a very spiritually focused fantasy that allows for introspection and thought to take the forefront in the reader’s mind. The mixture of fantasy and mythology (not the same thing!) are wonderful and while at times I was reminded of stories like Hercules and Icarus, at others I felt inklings of the Lord of the Rings or other epic fantasies. All of the chapters had many vivid details to bring the story to life!

I hadn’t read the first book in the series, and I found that it didn’t hold me back in understanding and enjoying this one. There were a few references that I think I could have understood better, so all the more reason to get book one first! Maha Devi Li Ra La does a great job at creating a new world full of fantasy and enjoyment. It seemed as though there was a lot of historical references, which I appreciated, though most of these historical pinpoints were then fictionalized in engaging ways. The Miracles of Friendship seems like a wonderful, insightful read that can be enjoyed by book lovers who enjoy many different genres.

The Miracles Of Friendship (Within The Ocean Of Eternal Love) by Maha Devi Li Ra La is a fictional fantasy/historical romance that is the second book in the Within The Ocean Of Eternal Love series. The Miracles Of Friendship will appeal most to an audience of mature young adults and adults who enjoy a story of fantasy and/or historical romance. The Miracles Of Friendship follows a pair of lovers – Loriolan (a merman prince) and Indirali, (a Magna Graecian princess). The pair faces many challenges that force them to consider their own beliefs and feelings in order to overcome the obstacles in their path. Each challenge that the pair overcomes serves to make them stronger in love, spirituality, and friendship.

The Miracles Of Friendship may be a fictional book series, but it also teaches the reader about non-fictional concepts. As a psychology student, I particularly enjoyed Maha Devi Li Ra La’s use of psychology as the reader examines concepts of good vs evil, karma, love, hate, friendship, and human growth. Besides enjoying the non-fictional aspects of The Miracles Of Friendship, I also greatly enjoyed the fictional aspects. The journeys that the lovers each have during the book really pulled me in. I particularly liked Indirali and Hedna’s journey to Mount Olympus in order to meet Aphrodite. I finished The Miracles Of Friendship with the hope that Maha Devi Li Ra La might write a future book in the series.
